Services are adjusted to the pet in front of us. If a coat is heavily matted or the pet shows significant stress, we may pause, shorten, or change the scope of the session to protect welfare and keep the groom practical.
At handover, we provide a written grooming summary with notes on what was done, where extra care was needed, and simple coat-care suggestions for the time between visits.
